A promise kept

You may recall that I changed banks three months ago. Jessica recommended the person she deals with at her bank, so now I have a single contact who knows my situation. I no longer have to deal with a random representative in a phone pool.

When I made the switch, my bank contact told me that she’d write me in three months about a few things, including confirmation that I have the right account for my needs.

As promised, she wrote me earlier today. She not only took ownership of the issue, but she did what she said she’d do. This shouldn’t be such a big deal, but it’s rare these days. I’m very pleased.
