Drystone Wall

Happy five years, balcony ball!

Next month, it’ll be five years since the balcony ball came into my life with a big bounce. Five years! Where does the time go?

Compared to its photo from five years ago, balcony ball looks like it needs a bath.

Keeping balcony ball company is my thermometer’s remote sensor. You may not be able to quite make it out, but the sensor’s LED display reads 12º. Nice.

    I can’t believe you still have it…funny!

Jason, don’t give me too much credit! Keeping the ball requires precisely zero effort. Getting rid of it would require effort, but why bother? It’s not bothering me. Besides, it’s almost like a pet, of sorts.
