Things are moving along, albeit slowly. The wall you see in the photo below hasn’t seen the light of day for fifteen years! It was lined with bookshelves that I’ve disassembled in the past few days. If the seven bookshelves that stood in my living room, only two remain. The shelf that holds my hi-fi will be the last to come down as I have to pack away the hardware first, and I want to do that as late as possible because the radio keeps me company as I work. The number of boxes housing books has grown to fifteen, and another holds my Xbox 360 with all its cables and connectors.

I think the kitchen will be quick work while my bedroom, including most of my computer components, is a bit of a wildcard that I’m increasingly anxious about.

Here’s hoping that my worries are for naught. I pick up the truck on Wednesday!
