Someone’s not having a nice Saturday, though they probably don’t know it yet:

I first noticed a police cruiser and an unmarked police cruiser stopped in the parking lot behind my building. How did I know it was an unmarked police cruiser? Not many people drive a Crown Victoria with a laptop mounted on the centre of the dash. Within ten minutes, the flatbed wheeled in, and ten minutes after that, the driver had pulled the minivan onto his rig and was gone.

It could have been a regular tow job for an inoperative vehicle, but do those typically occur at 7:20 p.m. on Saturday? And with a police escort?
