Come on Rick, aren’t you aware of the sever funding cuts at the CBC? Apparently it is so bad that after they overspend on lavish trip, expensive dinners and the such, they are forced to hire the cleaning staff to do the reporting. No offence to the cleaning staff intended but you get the point.
