The no-Coke resolution is coming along well. The only Coke I’ve had was in a Long Island Iced-Tea I had at Tucson’s last week. The only other pop-like drinks I’ve had were the odd Red Bull and I don’t count these. If I drink a Red Bull, I drink one, and I don’t drink them simply because I enjoy the taste. This is not to say I haven’t been tempted to just go get myself a Coke from the refrigerator, but I haven’t yielded to the temptation. I will say though, it feels like it’s been a lot longer than just two-and-a-bit weeks.

I’ve been meaning to track my weight to see if I’m losing any, but for the life of me, I can’t remember to weigh myself in the morning. I left myself a note today, but I still imbibed half a glass of water before I saw it. The last time I weighed myself was the morning was December 9. Comparing these two values, I seem to have lost 2.5 lbs. Not bad for two weeks, but the error bars are quite large so I’m not really sure.
