We had a bit of snow last Wednesday. I worked from home for fear of a complete traffic disaster. I took this photo from my balcony and it’s notable for two reasons. See the spotty appearance in the white areas of the image? That’s snow near the camera captured in flight. Also, notice how there are so many while areas? The falling snow was heavy enough to entirely obscure barely distant objects. The farther the trees, the more difficult they are to see. The trees in the upper left corner of the photo are a good example. They’re just barely visible.
